Is Common Core a Good Idea?

commoncore_imageUnless stopped, it is only a matter of time before the nationalized education scheme known as Common Core ensnares virtually every student in America. Home schoolers, private-schooled children, and even students in states that have refused to participate, such as Virginia, will likely all be impacted by Common Core, sometimes without even being aware of it.

With Common Core:

We will have complete federally governed education.  (Consider. Mandated government schools is one the planks in Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto.)

The few classics allowed are books promoting a socialist agenda.  Their standards force existing ones to be dumbed  down. Mathematics Standards  are very low.

Nothing is taught about the Declaration of Independence or how the Constitution provides for protecting God-given rights.

There is a steady stream of propaganda on everything from the theory of evolution to debunked theories on
UN global-warming and imagined human impacts on “climate change.”

Students are conditioned to live in a “global community”  as a one-world citizen rather than an American..

Already all major publishers are aligning  their textbooks to be consistent with Common Core which is copyrighted and cannot be altered by anyone other than the owners of the copyright. Concerned parents are left with few-to-no options to make changes.

There is nothing in the Constitution authorizing government  to dictate education. Common Core must be totally rejected.

States can vote not to implement it. The White House did not create the initiative, nor is it leading it. The Common Core is a state‐led effort that is not part of No Child Left Behind or any other federal initiative. The federal government played no role in the development of the Common Core. The standards were developed by governors and state school officials, with input from a wide range of educators, content experts, national organizations and community groups. The standards don’t dictate how teachers should teach.Teachers who support the Common Core understand that teachers and their schools will determine how to help students meet the standards. The Common Core gives guidance, but it does not tell the teachers what materials to use. That is still up to the teacher/school.

I find it really hard to believe that Common Core standards would have schools not teaching about the declaration of independence and Constitution. Also, evolution is real, there is NO scientific debate on whether evolution occurs. 97% of climate scientists believe that humans have had an effect of the climate, and actual data on temperatures and atmospheric content of greenhouse gases are hard to ignore, let alone deny.

Well Mr. Ruibal, I guess that settles that!

But hey, in the interest of “Science”, let’s ask the most pertinent question right here and see if WE can get consensus, after all Consensus equals Science to you Lefties, now doesn’t it?

The question is simple; Is Science determined by a majority vote, or is it an IS or IS NOT kind of proposition, i.e., is the stove hot or isn’t it?

We must first answer the question of what Science IS before we can delve into the idea of whether or not man evolved from anything, and whether he then created global warming; neither of which have been proven but only “agreed upon” by some number of self-proclaimed “Scientists”.

Science IS NOT popular opinion; you need proof (such as a burned hand that proves the stove is hot). You cannot merely vote on it Mr. Ruibal.

Remember that at some point in our past history YOUR kind of “Scientists” told us the World is flat.

So here’s some more Science for you to chew on; the data collected on so called “Global Warming” has been debunked.

The gig is up Mr. Ruibal; your “Scientists” have been caught, and have already admitted to lying about the data.

      Where have you been?
