Richmond School Sanctions Abortion Advocacy Group

It has come to our attention that the major abortion advocate in America, Planned Parenthood, is attempting to establish a student group to “engage in the political process to win elections and pass pro reproductive freedom legislation” in a Richmond area school. No big deal, right. College clubs are founded all the time by advocacy groups; except this is not being formed on a college campus where young adults are mature enough to decide for themselves what clubs they want to join. Or this must be a private school, with an agenda they want to push, right?

Actually, this “Club” is being formed in a public school. A school funded by taxpayer dollars. A school that, because of federal policy, cannot have prayers or religious teaching of any sort, but they can have a club that advocates abortion.

Maggie L. Walker Governor’s School for Government and International Studies (MLWGS), which proclaims on their webpage that it “is an innovative public high school offering a comprehensive college preparatory program emphasizing government, international studies, science, mathematics, languages, and fine arts.  The school serves students selected on the basis of aptitude and interest in its mission.” So MLWGS is a prime target for a group that wants to push a pro-abortion agenda. With kids a young as fourteen in the high school program taught at MLWGS, what better place to begin an indoctrination process. One has to wonder, in the spirit of fairness, is there a similar club on campus espousing a pro-life agenda, with pregnancy counselling that promotes the rights of the unborn? Several calls to the school Director’s office went unreturned, so we cannot answer that here.

Since the schools that feed students into the advanced programs at MLWGS have no say into what clubs are allowed to be formed there, you may want to speak to the school Director, Jeff McGee, Ph.D. Another person who may be helpful in understanding the thought process behind bringing in the abortion advocate, Planned Parenthood, would be the Club Faculty Sponsor, Dr. Janet Spencer, whose husband just happens to teach at the Baptist Theological Seminary.  The number for the school is 804-354-6800. Since the school is publically funded, surely they would be more than happy to answer your questions. After all, if you live here in Virginia and pay your taxes, you have a vested interest in the school.

I don’t even agree with abortion myself, but there is also a Fellowship of Christian Students Club and a Jewish Club. So to answer your question, yes there is a pro life club. Also most clubs do not receive funding and the money they have is generated through fundraising by members. Also the club is not indoctrination because any members have to choose themselves to join, and in no way are students forced to participate.

Until and WHEN the “Abortionists” can PROVE beyond a doubt that the FETUS is NOT a Human, albeit a very small human,ABORTION is and will ALWAYS be considered by NATURAL LAW, Common Law and the Constitution, MURDER, sanctioned by the “State”- UNITED STATES ( all CAPS for a reason) , A CORPORATION ruled by European Zionists and Freemasons.

Don’t believe me that the UNITED STATES is a Corporation?

The UNITED STATES is a CORPORATION:
“For reference and so that there is no doubt of this being true as we continue down the rabbit hole, the definition of the UNITED STATES in Black’s Law dictionary is “…a corporation”. Also, you can look at the UNITED STATES CODE (this being in all capital letters due to its corporate structure representing the codes of the UNITED STATES corporation). The code is: U.S. CODE/TITLE /28/3002/15 (A) (B) (C). These codes state that the UNITED STATES is unequivocally a corporation.”

Far from being a “major abortion advocate,” Planned Parenthood is actually one of the leading abortion preventers in the world since they promote access to women’s health, including birth control. Most abortions are the result of unwanted pregnancies; if we can prevent these, then we can prevent abortion.

I for one am extremely thankful for the creation of Club Generation Action. After lots of promiscuous risky behavior with the entire men’s soccer team, this club has graciously funded my first four abortions. Without this club I don’t know how I would’ve supported so many young children.

    Inshallah,
Please think about who this club affects before writing such a hurtful article.

Clubs at Maggie Walker are student-run; the school itself has no say in their creation. Taxpayer dollars are not funding these clubs; all they run on is the hard work and free time of students. You have nothing to worry about.

I will admit that I disagree with the position of the Planned Parenthood club, its very existence is contrary to my political beliefs, but I am entirely happy to disagree with your poorly formulated position, claiming that the club is formed for some means of “indoctrination.” The club is formed by students, for students and is merely a representation of the beliefs of a percentage of the population. Perhaps you didn’t check, but there are also clubs for Young Republicans and Democrats, Jewish Students, African American students, and Christian students, and several other clubs which could be deemed to be part of a biased ideology. I am forced to believe that your issue is not with a politically charged club, but a club which goes against *your* politics.
Another issue you cited is the potential that club members could be as young as 14 years of age, but, if I recall correctly, students under 18 need proof of parental permission to join the organization. And besides, Maggie Walker students are some of the most intelligent students in the nation and something they are quick to learn is how to do research (something at which you have apparently failed).
Finally I must comment that your citation of Dr. Spencer’s husband’s career was highly distasteful, he is not involved with the organization, and I believe that there should be a separation between Dr. Spencer’s personal life and her professional life, a separation which you very much disrespected.

    Sincerely,
It wasn’t my issue until you made it my issue.

Hi, MLWGS student here…. we also have a club called “Fellowship of Christian Students”, so the freedom of religion in club choice is pretty much as protected as the freedom of advocacy in club choice….also, clubs are started by students, not by Planned Parenthood-like organizations themselves.

Actually, I attend this school. And any student wishing to create a pro-life club would have that freedom, if they so desired. And, there happens to be a Fellowship of Christian Students Club, which prays at the flagpole each Wednesday. So please, continue talking about how your religious freedoms are being trodden upon.

At this time you are being RULED by the Constitution OF the UNITED STATES ( the CORPORATION) NOT respected by the CONSTITUTION FOR the REPUBLIC :

“For reference and so that there is no doubt of this being true as we continue down the rabbit hole, the definition of the UNITED STATES in Black’s Law dictionary is “…a corporation”. Also, you can look at the UNITED STATES CODE (this being in all capital letters due to its corporate structure representing the codes of the UNITED STATES corporation). If you want to be in charge of your state ( these united states) you MUST BRING BACK the Republic.

Right now you have lost it. Americans have FAILED their Republic by REGISTERING their Births with the UNITED STATES ( Corporation) and signing up to Social Security, again with the CORPORATION.

There are 2 ways to do that: 1.) By REJECTING all agreements with the CORPORATION. Register ORIGINAL Births with the County in HUMAN form, NOT Corporate form ( Upper and Lower case vs. UPPER case only) and REJECT Social Security with the CORPORATION or ( 2.) FORCE such as SECESSION

The choice is yours and other Americans to make
