3-4 Lbs. Venison Roast
Large Onion (Diced)
Dices Tomatoes with/without Chiles (16 oz can)
Tomato Paste (small can)
(Baby Carrots if desired)
Knorr Goulash Stew Recipe Mix (packet)
Place venison in Crockpot and cover with cold water, cook on high for 3-4 hours, until meat starts to break up. Add rest of ingredients and simmer till ready to serve.
Serve over mashed potatoes (if desired you can use noodles).
